    Primary Responsibilities

    The primary responsibility is to work closely with the Customer Development Manager and be responsible for achieving key stock metrics and fill rates, utilizing Retail Link, Market Data and collaborative planning. You will also be responsible for creation and distribution of weekly communication and sales/ promotion tracking to field sales and brand management group. This individual will communicate directly with Marketing Insights Team as well as the Brand Development Managers, Finance -AR and Supply Chain Departments.

    Essential Functions

    • Responsible for maintaining the Business Intelligence system (Retail Link) that contains sales and shopper insight data.
    • Review and validate Customer data and identify real or potential challenges/ concerns. Provide recommendations for corrective action.
    • Use external data sources to validate and communicate trends.
    • Use category insights analysis to make recommendations to Senior Leadership at both Tree of Life and the Account, to promote business development.
    • Present insights to cross functional teams - internal and external, Managers, Directors and above.
    • Make recommendations based on concrete data analysis and insights to deliver incremental (PDQs, seasonal promotions, etc.) sales opportunities.
    • Track sales initiatives and promotions. Provide strategic forecasts, monitor stock levels, distribution points and sell through rates pre, post and during promotions. Recommend required corrections.
    • Based on MOD performance analysis, provide recommendations for new listings. Provide strategic forecasts, monitor stock levels, distribution points and sell through rates.
    • Provide data analysis and insights to internal teams and provide feedback and recommendations on current or past promotion strategies.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

    • High degree of self-motivation, accountability and dependability

    • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail oriented.
    • Minimum of 3 years prior experience using Retail Link with a focus on category analysis required.
    • Proficient with MS Office, Excel
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills are required
    • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma required
