The overall responsibilities include the total management of Tree of Life’s Broker network, Distributor partners and Non-Commercial National Accounts across Canada. Basic responsibilities include, but are not limited to sales and profit targets, development/training, coaching, sales planning, and “leading by example”. Internal interaction will be a key success factor in a Team based environment designed to draw upon each other’s talents and skills to achieve Tree of Life’s Foodservice objectives.
