Reporting to the VP Sales, the primary responsibility for the position is to consolidate, lead and develop a team of sales coordinators while increasing the efficiency of existing sales administrative processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity. This role is vital in ensuring that administrative tasks are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's overall goals. This role drives initiatives involving workflow assignment, automation, continuous improvement, and process standardization. As a people leader, this position will manage the employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, career development and motivating a diverse team, fostering a high-performance work environment. This position collaborates cross functionally with the account, field sales, brand, supply chain, warehouse & customer service.
