The Retail Development Supervisor is responsible for supervising and training all Territory Managers in assigned territories. Identifies and pursues opportunities to increase sales of current and new items. The position requires accountability for sales, sales forecasting, marketing plan development, marketing plan execution, overall store conditions and expense control. The Retail Development Supervisor is also responsible for developing subordinate staff and staff planning.
