The primary responsibility for the position is to coordinate and support the Customer Development Management team. The successful candidate will be exposed to all aspects of the business including Sales, Account Management and Brand Development. The position will support the National Customer Development Team in both Warehouse and DSD business. This entry level position will be actively involved in building positive retailer and vendor relationships and will actively participate in Customer Development Team process improvement initiatives. Experience and Qualifications Required
• Education within business, marketing, or equivalent and 1 year of working experience in a CPG environment is preferred.
• Must be proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, and Power Point; focus on intermediate Excel skills.
• Proficient at navigating through various portals including LDIA, LVRP, Loblaw Deals portal, and PATH.
• High energy level, comfortable and ability to establish creditability and be decisive but be able to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be tactful, mature, and flexible with good reasoning abilities and sound judgment.
• Excellent planning skills, with attention to detail so that workflow is managed efficiently and able to work independently of direct supervision.
• Emphasis placed on organization skills and ability to distil large amounts of information.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 3 days a week in our Mississauga office.
The base compensation range for this role is $55,497 CAD - $72,000 CAD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
