    Primary Responsibilities

    The primary responsibility for the position is to provide the National Customer Development team with customer specific intiatives and to be activiely involved in building postive retailer, client and cross-department relationships. As with all positions at Tree of Life Canada we expect that all actions will be consistent with Tree of Life Canada’s Mission, Vision and Values.

    Essential Functions

    • Work with Customer Development Managers and Territory Managers to prepare Customer Development plans in a timely fashion and ensure changing business or account needs are adapted into the plans.
    • Preparation of account specific documents, item maintenance forms and promotional forms.
    • Communicate with retailers as required by CDM (i.e. UPC changes, samples, account specific form completion, pricing)
    • Prepare  and communicate promotional intiatives to Retail Development team.
    • Maintain safe work practices, safe work practices and maintain safeguards of confidential company information.
    • Other duties as required.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be results-driven, resourceful and well organized with an ability to work on multiple projects and strict deadlines with minimal supervision
    • Above average relationship building skills
    • High energy level, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, and flexible.
    • High School diploma or GED and a minimum of four (4) years in an administration role
    • Proficiency with MS Office required and AS400 preferred
